Postupak pripreme

Zagrejte rernu na 200 °C. Pileći karabatak posolite, začinite kimom i paprikom. Prebacite u manji sud za pečenje, dodajte 1 kašiku maslinovog ulja, promešajte i pecite u rerni 40 minuta da se lepo zapeče.

U međuvremenu isecite hleb, stavite u činijicu i zalijte ga sa nekoliko kašika osnovice za supu (bujon) i ostavite da hleb upije tečnost. Propržite jezgra oraha na tiganju oko 3 minuta i ostavite ih sa strane.

Crni luk i beli luk sitno iseckajte. U tiganj sipajte još jednu kašiku ulja i propržite crni luk i beli luk da omekšaju. U blender stavite namočeni hleb, mešavinu crnog luka i belog luka i nekoliko oraha (ostavite par oraha za posipanje), dodajte ostatak osnovice za supu (bujon) i sameljite da dobijete grubu pastu. Vratite pastu u tiganj, dodajte pavlaku i limunov sok, začinite solju i biberom i ostavite pastu na toplom.
