Rolovani pileći file

Priprema

  1. File izrežemo na odreske, ravnomjerno istucamo, posolimo i pobiberimo.
  2. Sredinu hljeba namočimo u hladno mlijeko i iscijedimo. Ocijeđenu sredinu hljeba izmješamo s pastom bijelog luka, senfom, usitnjenim peršunom ili vlascem kako bi dobili ujednačenu smjesu.
  3. Odreske premažemo smjesom, po njima rasporedimo kriške Poli Hammy i kriške sira, te ih zavijemo u rolne.
  4. Rolne položimo u posudu za pečenje premazanu maslinovim uljem. Rolne po želji posipamo još s  ruzmarinom ili nekim drugim mediteranskim začinom, pobiberimo i prelijemo s nekoliko kapi maslinovog ulja. Rolne pečemo 40 minuta na 200 °C.
